Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC) is a public community college located in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, serving Burlington County and the greater South Jersey region. Originally founded as Burlington County College in 1966 and opening its doors in 1969, the college was renamed Rowan College at Burlington County in 2016 following a partnership with Rowan University.
