Riverside City College is a public community college located in Riverside, California, founded in 1916 as part of the Riverside Community College District (RCCD). As one of the oldest community colleges in California, RCC serves more than 28,000 students and offers comprehensive transfer, career technical education, and continuing education programs. The college is a federally designated Hispanic-Serving Institution and holds a 2025 Carnegie Classification of Higher Access, Medium Earnings.
