California Baptist University (CBU) is a private, accredited Christian university affiliated with the California Southern Baptist Convention, located in Riverside, California. Founded in 1950 as California Baptist College in El Monte, CBU moved to its current Riverside campus in 1955 and has grown into a comprehensive university enrolling more than 12,500 students.
