Princeton University dominates — the town and campus blur together. Nassau Street is the main drag with bookstores, coffee, and eating clubs nearby. The Dinky shuttle goes to the NJ Transit line to NYC (70 min) and Philly (50 min).

Small, wealthy, historic New Jersey town built around one of the nation's top universities. Safe, leafy, expensive for what it is, and very much a college town despite its small size.
